The service

GatherNook is a private app for families to organise members, the family tree, important dates, memories, photos, gift ideas, notes and tasks.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You’re responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a contract in your country.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you and the family members you share it with. You’re responsible for having the right to add information about other people, and for using the app lawfully.

Acceptable use

Don’t use GatherNook to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload harmful or illegal material, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service or other users.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; we’ll revise the date above and notify you of material changes.
